For anyone who can make it to Chicago - I’ll be presenting on March 21st with the Chicago Harm Reduction Training Collaborative on Legal Rights for People in the Street Economy.
I love doing this workshop. I’ll be talking about your legal rights when dealing with police and what to do no matter if you’ve done something illegal or not. It’s practical and realistic information for everyone.
CHRTC is a grassroots training and support network by and for people in the street economy, social service providers, administrators, activists, peer educators and community members. CHRTC seeks “to build access to empowerment-based options, life saving interventions and real world strategies in order to nurture harm reduction efforts and create community.”
